3. Users of the service may not use CheekySMS to send messages that may result in monetry loss for the receipient.
4. Users must not use this service to impersonate the authorities or brands (such as HMRC, Police, Government or others). Many of these names are "restricted" and you will not be permitted to send but may still be charged.
Failure to adhere to this AUP may result in a warning or being banned from using CheekySMS. Refunds will not be issued if it is found that you broke these rules.
