By using CheekySMS you agree to abide by these simple terms and conditions:
1. CheekySMS is provided as a fun service and is not to be used for purposes which violate our Acceptable Use Policy
2. CheekySMS endevours to make the service available to all Telegram users without interruption, but sometimes maintenance or unforeseen outages may mean we have to take CheekySMS offline for a temporary period of time. No compensation is due to users if we have to do this temporarily.
3. Claims for messages which are not sent correctly or not received must be made within 24 hours of the message being sent. We will look into these claims and refund you the message cost at our discretion. Claims made more than 24 hours after the message was sent will not be refunded.
4. Problems experienced with our payment provider, Square, should be handled by Square automatically but you must make us aware of any payment problems so we can try to rectify them for you.
5. You may request that we delete your Telegram chatID from our service, but you may not re-register again, or claim your free texts again.
6. Any free texts are provided for you to try out the service for yourself, we suggest sending yourself a message before trying it out on others.
7. You agree not to deliberately try and reverse engineer, cause denial of service or otherwise break the CheekySMS website or Telegram bot service.
