How do I buy more credits?
The bot will guide you through the purchase of more credits using our secure payment partner, Square. Just click 'Top up'. You can use all major credits cards as well as Google/Apple Pay.
Why can I not send a text from certain name?
There are some "from" names or words that are restricted to prevent abuse. If you use one of these names, you'll be asked to try a different one.
What is a Telegram Bot?
A Telegram chat bot is a computer bot who helps you send CheekySMS messages. Use the Telegram search box to find @cheekysmsbot
Do you store my messages?
Your messages are completely anonymous and we do not store sent messages. However, we do monitor for compliance against our Acceptable Use Policy.
Can I use CheekySMS to trick people I don't know?
Please see our acceptable use policy, you should not use CheekySMS in ways which cause harm/distress to the recipient.
I don't use Telegram, can I still use CheekySMS?
Not yet :) Installing Telegram is easy and it is a rather good messaging app!
I sent a CheekySMS message which didn't arrive, can I get my money back?
Delivery can take upto an hour, depending on the receipients network. After that, please contact us via chat
